Wisconsin Good Government Award Entry Information


Any Wisconsin county, city, village or town that has played a major role in an intiative to improve services and reduce costs may enter to win the 2011 Wisconsin Good Government Award. The effort must have been officially approved by all involved parties between June 2006 and June 2011.

Award Categories
A local unit of government may submit an entry in one of the following categories:

  • County-led effort to reduce costs and improve services
  • City/Village-led effort to reduce costs and improve services (categories for populations under 10,000 and over 10,000)
  • Town-led effort to reduce costs and improve services

It is preferred that entries are submitted through the online entry form. Please fill in all fields and if any supporting materials are necessary, include only executive summaries.
